*helpless
I've tried so hard....really tried....even the 'service provider' customer care give me hope at first when I first started to call them. I thought it could be possible, but never expect it's really impossible, nothing beyond my control. Never expect this is kinda issue could not be solved, and is my first time experience. I'm not gonna mention what happened, but sorry to disappoint you. Come into the conclusion, I just felt so helpless.......sigh...
