Still don’t understand one of the things in my mind….why is it so hard for a sales dept people to deal with technical team, well…I have no problem dealing with technical people….only the head I’m having the problem, applies to every of my sales team. Is it because my head always use his people, so the technical head trying to take revenge back to us? Or this is the same old technical person’s habit? Is it because of jealousy? I dunno…I only assuming….from what I know, technical people always think that we earn a lot of commission….but did they actually go n think of how much is our basic pay? What if we don’t have the commission?
